Tales From the Organ Trade

Here’s a film I just produced, along with Felix Golubev, that isn’t rooted in ancient history. Directed and co-produced by my colleague, Emmy Award-winning Ric Esther Bienstock and narrated by legendary director David Cronenberg, “Tales From the Organ Trade” tackles the black market trade in human organs. This hard hitting film is about to premiere at the Documentary Edge festival in New Zealand (April 10 – 21, May 8 – 19) and the Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival in Toronto (April 25 – May 5). The film is slated for eventual airing on HBO in the US and History/Global in Canada.
